Several Village pages (registered-contractor-request, building-permits) returned 403 to automated fetch. Village is migrating to a new domain (homewoodil.gov; email buildingdepartment@homewoodil.gov). Patch (2023) noted new-construction and cell-tower applications must still be filed in person.
