State-licensed plumbers must still apply but fee is waived. Village publishes 'Find a Licensed Contractor' lists by year. Residents may hire an unlicensed contractor if that contractor then obtains the annual license. Fee amounts are on the trade-specific license form PDFs, which are blocked by robots.txt.
