Notes

GAP FILLED: license term is not printed on the application PDF or web page; it comes from Code §22-45(b) (Ord. 2095, 9-24-2018): contractor certificates expire in the twelfth month after the month of issuance (i.e., one year, rolling). The Village publishes an updated licensed-contractor list (name, type, status, license expiration, phone) on its Contractors page. Grounds for revocation include letting listed insurance lapse and GC failing to verify sub insurance (§18-446).
